Day 1, Monday August 1st
8 AM Run course overview (meet in front of Montauk Bike Shop) 9 AM Run on race course 3 - 13 miles with run technique analysis 11:30 AM Stretch session 12 - 2 PM Free time for lunch 2-4 PM Swim discussion and open water workshop 4-6 PM Bike handling skills, bike position discussion, mechanical bike check 6 PM Q & A for Day 1
Dinner is on your own, coaches can offer suggestions for those who are interested.
Day 2, Tuesday August 2nd
8 AM Bike course overview 9 AM Bike on race course 20 - 56 miles 12 -2 PM Free time for lunch 2-4 PM Open water swim and course preview, equipment discussion 4-6 PM Training plan discussion 6 PM Q & A for Day 2, wrap up of workshop
