2. All training, logging and data are contained on one easy to use file, all programs include a easy to print file for handy use.

In the spirit of Albert Einstein's famous quote: " Things should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler", we have streamlined the training program and log which are integrated on one sheet so that reading understanding your prescribed workouts and then logging them is easy and fast. No elaborate program to learn and deal with or wasting of precious time inputting information.
4. No two training plans are alike, just as no two athletes are alike. Your plan is created individually using our scientific and time tested principles in combination with the art of balancing and integrating these principles to compliment and enhance your lifestyle.
